2. Developer's Liability

• We are not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.

3. Plans and Payments

• Monifi.app offers a free plan with basic features and a paid plan with additional benefits.
• Subscriptions are billed according to the current rate and automatically renew unless canceled in advance.
• No refunds are issued for payments already made, except as required by law.

4. Account Cancellation and Termination

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
